We believe in using equipment of the highest quality to construct our mines. In doing so we aim to equip the mine with a sustainable lifespan. The training provided to locals will include the maintenance of the equipment in order to attain this sustainability.
Cost Effectiveness is our goal. Our proposals aim to be not only cost effective but also to increase the productivity and quality of the plant.
Skill transfer is another benefit. We aspire to empowering the people with the skills to maintain certain processes on the mine. This equips the mine and the community with skills to last the span of our projects.
